Whew! It's challenging & fun! This is coming form a person who HATES working out alone. I've been using this 16-17 min workout MWF & now going into my 2nd week...I lost 5 lbs already. You can't beat it. I like the different workouts each week, keeps me interested. Great app!
Stephen Gremillion Going on week 4 and can already see a drastic change in muscle definition and weight loss. I'm already lean as it is but just wanted to add definition for lean muscle. The results all depend on how hard you work yourself, so if you don't see a change, its on you, not the app itself.
Great way to get back to fitness Helped me shed 10kg and about 15 years! No equipment needed at all so great for travellers who can't make it to a gym or find a place to run. Wish there were a step-two app.
Was looking for a perfect app like this! I'm always working and I was trying to put my own body weight workouts together but I couldn't... I saw this app and It's the best app I've download so far! I'm on day one and already sore :)
Brilliant work out For those with short attention spans or not enough time for the gym this is perfect. Only done one day but the burn and the sweat was enough yo know this is a good app. Recommended to all my friends!
I'm traveling for about a year and I wanted a way to workout without getting a new gym membership at each country I go to. I'm staying in a hostel and I decided to go to the bathroom to do the workout so I wouldn't disturb the other guests in my hostel room. I came out of the bathroom 16 minutes later sore and drenched in sweat. Aside from the stares I got from the other guests the workout was great. Very intense, and judging by the soreness effective.
App now tells you what exercise is coming up, so you don't have to look at the screen.
