FAILED TO GET PAYMENT LINK - that's all I see whenever I try to pre-pay for an appointment. Many appointments mandate prepayment within 30 minutes of scheduling, so you're done for. Support will redirect to paying via the app too after scheduling you a new appointment, as if that'll help. Viewing test reports etc works for now, so it's got that going. (Edit: responded to developer) (Edit 2: no response from developer, max support solved desktop site payment by correcting my email from 1)

when you delete a profile..it gets deleted just from frontend not from backend..and when you try to create profile with same name again , it shows profile exists...u didn't improve anything

The same report has been generated and sent 43 times with different names, when I contacted the customer care they sent me a real report. this is not expected. Am I supposed to open every junk report and verify the data? Moreover I've been receiving SMS too for these reports. Not expected at all from such a big hospital.
