Orangutan Rescue

50% of post-tax proceeds go to The Orangutan Project founded in Perth, Australia with their most important work in the rainforests of Indonesia. The Orangutan Project supports rescue, rehabilitation and release programs, and also forest habitat protection and regeneration, education, research and local community partnerships. Funding for projects is tied to direct outcomes for the species, and The Orangutan Projects partners with most of the orangutan conservation projects on the ground in Borneo and Sumatra.

In our game benefiting The Orangutan Project, you will meet Alia and Arjun, twins from Borneo. As toddlers on a holiday trip, they wandered off to explore when their parents weren't looking. Mama and Papa searched for days but couldn't find them, and all were utterly heartbroken.

But a kind orangutan mother who lost her own child in illegal forest-clearing fires found Alia and Arjun and raised them. When they were 12 years old, they found and ate a Durian fruit contaminated with factory waste that mutated their DNA, giving them superpowers.

Alia and Arjun went on a quest and found their parents, who were overjoyed that their long-lost children were alive. But the twins decided to return to the jungle, using their superpowers to save the forest and its living creatures from clearing fires and logging.

Play our game: run from fire and clear obstacles in the jungle to save baby Orangutans. You'll be a real-life superhero saving lives and helping to save our world with The Orangutan Project.
