Poweramp v2.x 常見問題/答案
Q. 我資料夾/音樂庫中的歌曲遺失了。
A. 請您務必確實地檢查 Poweramp 設置 => 資料夾/音樂庫 => 音樂資料夾中您的所有資料夾。
您初始的 Android 音樂庫並未變更，亦無刪除任何檔案。
Poweramp 音樂庫是個別、完整和獨立的音樂庫。只要您安裝了 Poweramp 2.0，它就會依照「音樂資料夾」中的要求，從您的 SD 卡/其他快閃記憶卡掃描並匯入檔案。
Q. 資料夾/音樂庫掃描停止/過慢
A. 您的 SD 卡（略微）毀損。請檢查電腦上您的 SD 卡是否有誤，或嘗試使用另一張 SD 卡。
Q.音量太小。音量異常變動。其他音量問題。
A. 嘗試停用 Poweramp 設置 => 音訊引擎 => 高級微調中的「直接音量控制」。
Poweramp 2.x 依照預設，在 2.3+ 中至高端裝置上使用「直接音量控制」。在一般的 ROM 上，這會產生更好的音訊輸出。然而，許多自訂/冷門廠牌的 ROM 在支援 DVC 時，可能會失敗。
Q. Poweramp 2.0 Widget 變白/在手機重新開機後，無法運作
