To be honest, I enjoy this app a lot. Between 2018 and 21, I spent a lot of time at night. Many users post their problems, which I find interesting to read. So I sent them feedback on the addition of dark mode. This app is not working. Why I don't loggin to this app .Every time when I am trying to loggin in your apps it shows that you have no internet connection but I have internet connection both Wi-Fi and mobile data. I face this problem for a long while. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

The service they provide is great. I've got great help from their services. But the app lacks a lot facilities. It's kind of hard to use for a general user. Many necessary features are missing, like booking a follow up appointment, rescheduling appointment etc. I didn’t even find a help centre number in the app. This app is the only platform to connect users to their service. If your platform is hard to use, you can not expect users to use your services no matter how good your sevices are.
