About this app

*** NO STREAMING IN THIS APP ***
*** You CAN NOT watch full movies or TV shows in this app ***

MSDB is a guide to films and television — a catalogue you browse to decide what to watch next, and to find out where a title is actually available in your country.

MSDB is not a video player. It does not stream films or TV shows, and it never asks you to sign in.

WHERE TO WATCH
Open any film or series and MSDB shows you which streaming services carry it in your country, and which ones offer it to rent or buy. Availability differs from one country to the next, and MSDB uses your device's country setting to show you the right answer rather than someone else's.

BROWSE BY SERVICE
See at a glance which subscription services operate where you are, and browse what each one carries — by genre, with the best-known titles first.

DISCOVER

• Trending films and series this week
• Series currently airing new episodes
• The highest-rated films and series of all time
• Nineteen film genres and sixteen for television, each its own catalogue
• The people worth knowing about, and everything they have appeared in

FOR PEOPLE
A full biography, and a complete filmography covering both films and television — not just one or the other.

YOUR LIBRARY
Save anything to Favourites, or to a Watchlist for later. Both are stored on your own device. There is no account to create and nothing is uploaded.

SEARCH
Search films, series and people from any screen, with your recent searches kept to hand.

BUILT PROPERLY
• Light and dark themes, or follow your device
• Designed for phones and tablets alike, and tablets rotate
• Respects your system text size, right up to the largest settings
• No account, no sign-in, no advertising, no tracking

PRIVACY
MSDB has no user accounts and no servers of its own. Your favourites, your watchlist, your theme and your recent searches never leave your device. MSDB does not ask for your location — to show the right streaming availability it uses the country in your device's language settings, nothing more.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming availability data is provided by JustWatch.

Excellent app, it looks great and is easy to use

Very helpful and up to date. Showed movies from all over the world which is very interesting.

It doesn't show me how to play the show or movie
