buddyboost is a new, free app to help you feel healthier, happier and more connected to friends or family members
It’s never been more important to stay active, be well and to support our friends – and buddyboost will help you do that.
Buddy-up (virtually) with a maximum of 11 friends, family members or colleagues and support each other to do 26 minutes of activity a day.
It can be any activity and it’s not competitive. We don’t care how far or how fast you go, just that you do your 26 minutes and help your buddy to do theirs.
The buddyboost app helps you to log your daily activity & mood, so that you can easily keep track of how much activity you've done and how it has (hopefully) improved your mood. Keep an eye out, too, for challenges that we will be introducing throughout the year.
You almost certainly won't be doing your 26 minutes of activity with your buddies physically alongside you, so our buddy mechanic allows you to boost your friends when they have completed their 26 minutes of activity, or give them a gentle nudge if that armchair has been just a bit too comfortable that day....
buddyboost also contains lots of videos, playlists and resources to help you stay fit and well.
