Ratings and reviews

So much potential! Unfortunately, the app doesn't live up to it. I must say it has improved over the years, but still needs some improvement. Here are a couple things: 1: You have to delete messages individually. You should be able to delete or archive in bulk. I have 100's of messages in my various in boxes. 2: I often log in as my wife to check test results. Even after switching back to my account some messages I send appear to be sent by her!

Good, but not great. When I'm looking for an available time for an appointment, occasionally it will show that there isn't anything at all, but when I go on my computer there's tons of openings. Additionally, I wish the ability to clear notifications was an option. I don't really care about viewing every single estimate, but the notifications linger forever.

The latest version is not as user-friendly as the previous version. For instance, when viewing lab results, hitting the back button sends me back to the top of the list, so I have to endlessly scroll back down each time. It also takes about twice as many clicks just to log into the app. Appointments are not front and center as they should be. No "dark mode" possible either, regardless of system settings.
