Installed/deleted on two occasions because of interesting exercise video come-ons that did not exist in the app. I tried it twice because I figured the first time was a glitch. Apparently not! Waste of time for me, but not for them, as they got my email/login. Grrr. Really? Uncool.

I really like the articles that I'm allowed to see on other people's Facebook posts however I'm unable to login or sign-in
Keeps kicking out my password, makes me start over and does it all over again. No bueno.
Your book gave me the impression that you can log your activity and food but I do not see how you can do that.
Very functional application. Easy to use and navigate. Would like options to links and more choices of personal information. Great Job!
Verifications questions don't work, looking at my title to my truck, and I own the truck, pretty sure I know what damn color it is. Don't know my bio mom, no idea how old she is, and pretty sure I'm not an rn, 2nd or a vet, but all my verification questions are wrong. Worthless app. Very disappointed in mayo, won't send my records to my MD so now I'm missing appointments and follow up care, Cant get my meds. Guess all they wanted was my money
So tired of putting in the info I had signed up with and it says unable to log in, frustrated, plus leave messages for Drs and never get a response, and alot of info incorrect. Would appreciate a Dr's response when requesting assistance.
It doesn't have a place to update information.. Tried to update insurance info and give authorization for them to Bill my insurance and it's no where on this app.. Only thing bad I saw..
Appointment itinerary isn't working, please fix. Very frustrating. I have tried everything to pull it up and nothing is working!

Matt I like how u can see everything Sept I can't see some of my test results idk if its due to Drs not done with them idk but I like I can print and see what I need how long I will be there and so far I like this app.
can't sign up 👆 because after i Finnish singing 👆 up and click done it says please except the terms and policies i click ok but there's no option to except the terms and policies so i can't move forward

Thanks for the feedback! We apologize for the inconvenience. The first time you login to the app or create an account you must accept the terms and conditions. On the Create Account or the login screen after the prompts for email and password there is a circular check box to select. Hopefully works for you and you will reconsider your rating. Handy. Eliminates pages if paper. You should print Appointment schedule in case WiFi connection fails.
It is very helpful and easy to pull up records from many years ago and for today's results to see side by side....
Well it WAS awesome until the itinerary stopped working. Please fix ASAP!

Matt It won't tell me when my appointments are and I've tried on several different phones.

Matt I really love the app. It reminds me of not just my appointments. But my family. Also the records is a big help when I travel.
I do like using it, however it all depends on who looks at it and how they respond to it.
It's nice having access to information that deals with your health.
The only thing I'd like to see a change in is seeing my radiology images. I can read the results but can't see the images. If or when this feature is available I'll give this app 5 stars.
App is so easy to use, pleasing to the eye, helpful, and the information and resources there are impressive and what I learnef there reassured me during this time of uncertainty about my health. Thank you.
Nothing works. Can't see schedule, results, messages, etc. This is my third phone and all had the same issue (all Samsung Galaxies - S5, S7, and S8)
Needs some type of push notification to tell us when a message is in our in box. I get no alarm telling me my doctor has left me a message
Easy to use. Very informative. Keep adding new features. What about adding a Bariatric App? Those in Rochester & Phoenix who had bariatric surgery have been asking for this.
Easy to use. Love it, keeps me up to date about my condition!!!
Needs work. Functions don't always work, especially when you need them to. I expect better from Mayo.
