I am surprised why this bank has not been privatized till now. So many customers have expressed their problems related to the banking app but still it has not reached the ears of the responsible people. I myself also got no benefit from the app.

Should add barcode scanner and upi id features which is necessary nowdays kindly look into this matter

Why do you make such garbage updates that instead of providing convenience to the customers, they are facing problems. Neither login nor password change.
