For owners with model year 2019 or newer vehicles*, the Mercedes-Benz app gives you access to your vehicle from anywhere.

With the Mercedes-Benz app on your device, you have direct access to your vehicle at all times. View data like mileage, fuel level and more, find your vehicle’s location, or take action with convenient features like Remote Engine Start and Remote Lock/Unlock.

Its just ok. The engine start feature stays on until you open door. The car should stay on until your are in the vehicle and ready to drive. Other car brands engine start feature is better. There is an unlock/lock door and valet feature but nothing worth buying app for. Use for free for 1 yr. I dont think its worth the purchase.

This app is a thinly veiled attempt by Mercedes to sign you up for subscription services. There's not a lot of functionality and normally I wouldn't bother to rate it. However, I got my year end offer to subscribe to digital service so I thought I'd find out what it would cost. I couldn't because my car wasn't recognized. So I deauthorized it and reconnected. Now all my user profiles need to be set up again. I'd bet android deleted the setup because this is a rarely used app.

The overall premise is great however constant resets are required. functionality comes and goes. You can start the car remotely, but not turn on the heated seats. it will not let you start the car if your are below a quarter of a tank, leave that up to me Don't lock out the function. You can't remotely roll down all the windows. again, let that decision be mine, I understand the security of where I'm parked.

What’s new

This release introduces the Service Scheduler, enabling users to book and confirm service appointments within the app. This feature is currently available for select authorized Mercedes-Benz dealerships. This update also reinstates web registration and includes enhancements to the Beta program, minor bug fixes, UI improvements, and performance optimizations.
