Very unprofessional.. Will not run for long.Have ordered on 3rd,one order was missing and have not received the refund nor the item after giving a complain also. Today ordered again and got mail after 3 hours that item is out of stock..Again ordered in eveng and time was given as 7-10 PM but have not received the item nor received any communication.. Customer care does not work at all...waste.Will continue with big basket only.
Placed my first order and it didn't delivered. Worst app and customer support are pathetic. They are such a idiot, asked me to cancel my order since address is far from store without knowing that when order has been placed, it identifies nearby store automatically. I am giving negative feedback. I will suggest others not to use this app. I am Uninstalling it. I will also suggest not to go their retail shops as well. There are other supermarkets Ratnadeep, Balaji Grand Bazar, D Mart far better than heritage.
Worst app based service, customer cell are not responsive.Assigning my order to a nearby shop took approx 15 hours.Haven't got the products delivered till yet. Even I myself visited the outlet and they were like 'Sir we have not got your order till yet' Even manual work would have got processed earlier.Suggesting to make a better service in future.
Pathetic service. No concept of inventory management. Things which are showing available are infact unavailable at the day of delivery. U only receive a regret sms. I am yet to get a refund too. Pay the amount online while ordering at ur own risk. Customer care numbers are always busy, seems they pull up the receiver and dump somewhere. Even the local kirana store guy offers good service.
Ask for all contacts, dial, geolocation, phonecall permissions. If you don't allow access, app fails to work. This is very bad design.
Lousy app. The app gets hung very frequently. Had placed the order and the amount of 975 was deducted from my bank and I get a message saying the transaction couldn't go through. When I call up to the concerned, I was asked to call up the bank to cancel the transaction. This is my first transaction. Surprisingly even 2nd transaction of 981 rs is also the same. Now I have to run around my bank. Appreciate if someone from heritage take an initiative to help and resolve my issue
