MCB Live is one of the worst banking apps I have experienced. I have been unable to activate the app for almost two years. The app keeps showing an error saying I do not meet eligibility requirements, even though I am a valid account holder. I have contacted customer support multiple times, emailed the bank, and visited my branch, but the issue is still unresolved. Very disappointing customer service and poor technical support. A major bank should provide reliable digital banking services.

I transferred some amount from another bank’s app, and the payment was successfully initiated. However, after logging into your app, the main home icon is not visible, and the transferred amount is also not showing in my account. This issue has been occurring for the last 5–6 hours. Kindly check and resolve this matter at the earliest, as the amount has been debited from the other bank.

Before the Update the application was fantastic and good. now after update have a big problem. we can't pay any bills from our credit card 💳. only have account option to pay any bills even Bill1 etc. it's useless update. I will give only one Star ⭐. it's my request to MCB live application Team so as soon as possible open the Credit card option to pay utilities bills from the credit card. *Note* credit card billing option closed again? why it's have always problem
