Edit: Same thing happened again with me today and a friend a couple of days ago and they are asking for 15 working days for resolution. Old review: Worst bank and banking services. Worst mobile and internet banking. Transferred funds and they got stuck, deducted from account and didn't get to destination account. Complained, amount returned after 5 days, again transferred and again same thing happened. This is the worst bank I have ever experienced in my life.

AOA, dear team thank you very much for providing us a good and perfect app to avoid visiting the branch for any small things, but humble request for make it little bit easier and add complaint tracking system and closing to show in the app complain track and complain resolved close, and add option to activate cheque book . otherwise it's excellent

Highly unreliable. Very user Unfriendly. Worst in banking apps. Takes alot of pages to complete simple tasks. Payment section is further divided in to sections-time waster. Mobile Top-up amounts are not editable . Can't topup own amount. Account statement entries don't tell detail about the transaction . VERY CONFUSING. nd response to every comment shuldnt b "plz contact helpline etc." Why should one bother when you are are not taking the clue that a dissatisfied client will leave eventualy.
