Old app expires in a few days.. The new one doesn't work most of the time. I can't even add in my account, I keep getting a network error. Occasionally it does go to the next page, but by the time I get my card details out, it errors again. Why change something that wasn't broken? If you don't fix it you're going to lose customers to a bank whose app does work... I've already setup an account with another bank just in case you don't fix it. Your IT boss should be fired for being incompetent!

The app is not what it was before. And I can't even open it now. I used it quite often and it was very practical. But now I'm stuck with the loading logo screen. I can't even use it anymore for 2 days now. Try to fix it please. It was an easy tool as app but I can't do anything because I can't even open it. I give 1 ⭐ due to this problem.

i can't register,I have tried everthing that you said. Lighter place. Take selfie without moving.. plain background.. We should have atleast see the picture we are taking.. and retake if we see it blur.. As is now, it say we got it.. upload completed, then verification unsuccessful. Don't you have a more human base verification.. this is very frustrating. I was using the juice since the very first year.
