When it works, it's great. I love using the deals, customizing my food, and being able to order before I go. Lately, however, it's been especially buggy. It's either not loading at all, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but then it started on the second issue I'm having; the app loads, but I am unable to log in through any of the options, so I can't use any deals, my cards aren't saved, etc. It's becoming extremely annoying, and it really needs to be fixed.

I've had this app for years, with bugs all the time. The deals offered have become less and less generous particularly since the daily deals/coupons went to a point system. The payment/ordering almost never goes through. The barcode to gain points for a basic purchase doesn't even load most of the time. The only good thing that stayed was the ability to customize orders. I'm finally uninstalling this after 4 years of really trying to get use out of it. It was really great when first rolled out

This app fails in every metric possible. To begin with, it's buggy. Second, the overall flow is just not intuitive. It's super hard to use. The RAM management is terrible every time you minimize the app when you go back it refreshes. This app needs a serious overhaul from the ground up. It is hard to believe that one of the world's biggest corporations has such an amateur mobile app.
