Useless! I've had yet another issue with this app. Whenever I've ordered recently, it doesn't work. When I get to the drive thru and go to let it know where I want to pick it up, all there is, is a blank screen and I have to order all over again directly at the restaurant. As a result I don't get my points. What is the point with an app which doesn't work at the place its meant to?

I like the rewards... The app itself is slow and clunky. It regularly won't close completed orders. Wiping app data doesn't always work. Sometimes you have to do a full reinstall. Even then it doesn't always work. Navigating the app is like farting in the wind, pressing the buttons only occasionally does something. Android back button has no effect apart from to close the app. Clicking the back button at the top of the screen doesn't work 90% of the time.

I have no idea what they've done but it's a complete lottery if the app will work. I've had it say that I still have a delivery in progress so I cannot make any orders without clearing the cache/storage and trying again. I've also had it get to the payments screen and instead of bring up the verification window it just goes blank. I've had it randomly add and remove items from the bag. I usually just have to use UberEats directly instead, which is unfair as I cant use any points then.
