Ratings and reviews

Nowhere on the menu in the app do you explain any of the menu items. What's the Philly Stack? What's the Big Arch -- why is it different from the Big Mac and why should I buy it? Your default assumption is that everyone knows everything about your entire menu. Most of us don't work at McDonald's so aren't intimately familiar with your menu. Even being helpful isn't your forte, a bit of "Mc-help" to explain your menu items should be very easy.

its ok as an ordering app goes. one big problem is its not easy to know when to select the pickup option (drive thru/table etc) and if you accidentally miss it there is no way to go back and change it. My biggest irk at the moment is that all of the offers for months are delivery only. Why omit your customers who are wanting to eat in. Today I had an offer on the main screen yet when it takes you to the offer page its nowhere to be seen.

Use to use this app alot but its not great anymore. The drive thru option is not working and you can only do pick up or delivery. Deleted and reinstalled to see if that would fix the issue it doesn't. Then when you get to the drive thru and not realise your order was made as pick up the staff get an attitude because handing an order through a window is completely different to handing it over the counter.
