For such a big company, this app is surprisingly bad. I bad 3 times the issue when the app would freeze, then just open a blank page. It is so frustrating after spending 15 minutes making an order. One time, it also froze just before drive in, just before I needed the code. I had to delete all my cache in order to solve the issue. I know its not an issue with my phone because, all the other ordering app work great.

Constantly glitches these days, can't open the app most times. Tried all the usual fixes. Points are good but if you can't order using the app, it's redundant. Mistakes and missing food is difficult or impossible to rectify and when they do acknowledge something is missing or damaged beyond being edible, they give you a partial discount instead of refunding exact item. I was hoping for better but I guess it's gone the same way as the stores. Not user friendly.

Two crashes to predict while ordering food, but I'm used to it. The Monopoly event is hell, the code recognition has to be a decade out of date to be that bad, and it freezes and crashes if I try to do more than two more digital peels in a row.
