Ratings and reviews

The app is fine when it works, however for some reason it constantly gets stuck at the pick up options, everytime I open the app after this the pick up options are still there and another order can't be placed, making the app useless, plus you can't access other parts of the app, such as monopoly or surprise fries promotions while it's like this. This has been an ongoing issue for a while.

So many issues with this app. Numerous times it hasn't let me order in restaurant, or the app wasn't responding and I needed to instead order at the counter (but not before wasting 10 minutes on the app). Then the times I have tried to give feedback and it won't let you submit or upload a screenshot. Or there's the times when it logs you out and you're in Drive Thru and miss the points because you can't provide the code. This is just me on using it a few times.

Laggy. The idea behind it is good but it's so slow. It's like it was made for ios and ported badly over to Android. It also seems like it is downloading every bit of information each time a new page is clicked rather than storing the details local to the phone. The ordering part is slow but workable, the surprise fries section of the app is horrendous, slow as even with good solid 5G internet and a modern phone. With spotty internet it is totally unusable, loggs me out & freezes up.
