Extremely slow and unintuitive. Old app wasn't broken. Why the need to change it? Oh because you have some arbitrary KPIs to fulfill? Takes like an hour, to load the deliveries. Might I add the delivery portion is coded so bad, it doesn't even tell you how much a different drink or an add-on will cost you, whereas if you choose order for dine in, it'll show the prices for each add-ons.

I'd give it 0 stars if it was possible. This is not an issue of McDonald's itself but the app. I got the app, wanted to get my free burger, but due to technical issues (on their side) I couldn't claim it. Got an email back after I contacted them, so they basically said that they can't help me out with a meal. If this is how it starts, I do not wish anyone to face the issues that's ahead later on. Sure it was for free, but it seems more like a scam if you ask me. Good luck to whoever reads this.

Previously, I could not get it to work. Kept telling me that I already had an account under th:v1b;;;;q+at email. I tried 3 different emails and it kept saying th&&⅕e same thing, so finally, I deleted the app and then reinstalled it, and that didn't work last few times, but it seems to have worked this time. The reason why I like it is I like to find the deals. Because i'm on a very tight budget, and the deals enable me to be able to eat out every now and then.
