The app is sloooóooow! Moreover, it's cumbersome to place an order. The worst is that there is no support when an order isn't filled. My recent order was stuck in "preparing order" for over 40 mins. Called CS but no help! I had to go to the restaurant to pick my order up. Terrible!! A full refund should have been given! Whoever reads this, don't tell me to contact CS!! They were useless!! Never ending story with this app! Advice...hire competent app developers!

Very poorly designed and executed. The user is near constantly bombarded about accepting or rejecting cookies. The app should remember the user's selection - that's the point of cookies. Navigating back to the menu after viewing an item is a real pain. The app lets you order "McDelivery" but does not let you order for pickup. The user should be able to place an order for pickup at the restaurant of their choice, specify whether they want to pick up at the counter or the drive-thru, and pay.

I generally like the app, but it has some major flaws which make it problematic to use. My chief gripe (right now) is that when I order it seemingly defaults to the closest McDonald's to me. This is not the McDonald's I go to. I go to one a little farther away, but it's more convenient to reach. When I look at the locations, my preferred McDonald's has a star by it which I assume means it's the location I have selected. But the default always appears as the one I don't go to.
