One of the worst apps I have used. The interface is really bad. You cannot find what you want. All buttons are banners with ads. There are no specific menu items for Delivery, Menu, Points Barcode, etc.. Also, most of the pages in the app are web pages and not native app pages. Just go back to the old app and add the points and barcode to that.

Chose a location and after paying, order was sent to another location. Is was very frustrating, for me, for the restaurants. Had to phone in, created a lot of inconvenience for the two restaurants but also for me. Got the order in the end, but by moving a lot of parts. There is no cancel order button and no way to receive money back if you order through the app. The restaurant managers were great and helped us out, but the app created a lot of inconvenience for all of us.

I don't normally review apps but congratulations, you have my attention now. MULTIPLE snarkily worded "promotional" push notifications (i.e. ads) in a single day and literally ALL the app pages serve to peddle you their nonsense and there is literally 0 (ZERO) pages dedicated to allow the user to configure their experience on the app, like maybe the option to turn off ads and push notifications you would think woild have been high up on the priority list for good user experience but no.
