Very poorly designed and executed. The user is near constantly bombarded about accepting or rejecting cookies. The app should remember the user's selection - that's the point of cookies. Navigating back to the menu after viewing an item is a real pain. The app lets you order "McDelivery" but does not let you order for pickup. The user should be able to place an order for pickup at the restaurant of their choice, specify whether they want to pick up at the counter or the drive-thru, and pay.

Terrible app, I accumulated almost 40,000 points after eating here everyday for lunch and saving up my points. I went overseas and after getting back all of my points were gone as they expire which I wasn't aware of. the deals aren't good either unless there are certain promotions. Not worth having the app as it keeps McD on your mind more often (as is their goal). Don't waste your time with this app as general deals are equal value without wasting phone storage.

Extremely unprofessional apps! We ordered meal right in front of a store. The mobile order actually sent to another store 5 miles away. We paid, so have to drive there but only found out that the order was not there either. There is no trace in the apps to prove our order. Made our happy Saturday extremely frustrating because of this poor apps!!!! McD also insisted customers wait at store (using location) before they prepared food. But I care my TIME more than the freshness of my Fries!!!
