Ratings and reviews

Constantly freezes, about half the time it doesn't work. Even if you close the app when it freezes, doesn't do a thing and it'll remain frozen when you open it up again. Cleared cache, didn't help, restart phone, didn't help. Only thing to do is go somewhere else and hope next time it works as it seems to be very inconsistent, but when it does freeze there is abolsutely nothing you can do to fix it at that given time. It's also not a new problem, been doing this for a couple years.

Removed add points from receipt, now you have to call a number. The app is often glitchy, my previous order won't update after I've picked it up, need to uninstall and reinstall. Not very intuitive to use, can be difficult to find the item you're looking for. Very poorly designed app. Only downloaded for the rewards but they expire so quickly and the amount needed is so high now, there's hardly any point in having it.

The prices of items increase if you select delivery vs. pickup, clearly to obscure the cost you're paying for delivery. Yet, they still add delivery fee, service fee, and in some cases a "small order fee" without telling you what the threshold for a "small order" is! Very very sketchy business practice, not consumer friendly in the slightest. I will get food delivered from elsewhere.
