Tolle App, für Frauen wäre es cool ein Zyklus angepasstes Training zu implementieren, weil man in bestimmten Phasen nicht immer Vollgas geben kann, aber trotzdem etwas Krafttraining machen möchte 😊 als Vorschlag, wenn man am Anfang des Trainings nach dem gesundheitlichen Zustand fragt, auch nach der Zyklusphase zb. zu fragen und somit mithilfe des Algorithmus andere Intensitäten ausgerechnet bekommt 👍🏻 Wenn es überhaupt möglich ist so etwas zu programmieren

Die App ist wirklich stark und es macht spaß mit ihr zu trainieren. Besonders gut finde ich, dass sie mir die mental load nimmt, als Anfänger mein Training selbst zu gestalten. So gehe ich einfach ins Gym und tue, was mir "gesagt" wird und warte darauf, die Resultate einzufahren.
