Great New App! FCB sent out notifications and advertised at their bank locations that they were updating. At first I had some trouble with the app, but they seem to have ironed all of the kinks out since then! I have noticed mobile deposits are much quicker than they previously were which is the biggest positive impact. Otherwise the platform is nice and updated and a lot more options. Great job!
Great Post-Update I was worried because the mandatory update to the mobile app and website made accessing accounts impossible for multiple days, but there was a warning posted over a week in advance, so I made the necessary precautions to make sure I didn't overdraft. Since the update finished literally just now-I can finally access my account after creating a new password on the app. The new interface is simpler, modern and very detailed. Definitely loving it.
Won't work since "update" The app will not work on my phone since the new update in October. I get a "network connectivity error" when trying to log in. Customer service determined that I am connected to a network and do have a compatible phone, and said that the issue would be resolved. It still is not and is very inconvenient to have to go to full site if I want to check something on the go and can't use the mobile deposit feature.
Not working since the update I'm really glad we were emailed about the update but that was weeks ago. Since then I haven't been able to get on my account. I have a Samsung galaxy, any other device I get on it will work but it won't work on my galaxy. This is very irritating due to the fact I can never check on my account with the device that I have on me.
Got a new phone...now the app works Like almost everyone else, I've updated, deleted and reinstalled three times and the app still doesn't work. Called bank, on hold an hour, and was told no problems with this app. Update - after purchasing a new phone the app is finally working. I only changed my one star to two since it took a new phone for the app to work.
If it's not broke don't fix it It would have been nice to know that they were shutting down the mobile app for 3 days, so I'm not freaking out all weekend because I couldn't access my acct. Now I upgraded it and had to create a new password, and every password I try following their specs I get unkown error occured. There was nothing wrong with the old app.
