Ratings and reviews

This new app has embarrassed me several times when I needed to make payments. It's totally unreliable and makes me anxious every time I need to make payments because I'm afraid it may fail. I prefer old app. I am extremely frustrated. I will just have to move to a bank with a more reliable App. Where's is convenience when you need it?

I don't know if my frustration is just with this App that never seems to even let me in, or just banking with coop in general. I can't. I have tried to log in a million times, it says it sends a code to my email, which I never seem to find. I have tried other methods, but everything crashes eventually. I had the same problem with the previous app, so the upgrade is not any better. If I can't even get in, I can only imagine the frustrations of those who can access the interface.

The verification code takes forever to reach my phone. If you wanted us to get to know the person we're paying, then at least the code would work when it reaches phone 5+ minutes later, instead of the 1 min 30 seconds limit! (satire) At the end of the day, the previous Co-op app version you discontinued performs better than this app.! No apologies if I decide to switch my dedicated bank to a different one, because tell me why it's been a whole day of verification code issues and no transaction?
