This is THE WORST mobile banking app EVER!! Let's start with the stupid virtual card that doesn't automatically link with the account and you have to load manually (with hidden charges). Next, the card balance doesn't show plus I tried to withdraw some 500, it kept failing. Different customer care agents gave me different versions of why I couldn't withdraw to the account, only to finally be told that I had requested for a physical card which I was paying for. I HADN'T! Also, visa fees too high!

I hate the onboarding part of this app SO BAD! I can't believe there is a developer paid for coming up with this. Why is the onboarding process so difficult? From the ID verification not functioning well to bringing constant errors after finishing their onboarding process. The app also requires you to sign in again after registration. Don't remember your username or password? You are locked out of an account you just created 🤣 And why does my first transaction get flagged?
