Not ready for true business use. Doesn't work with some phones and has hidden fees plus a 3 year contract. Would be great if it really worked. No instructions with unit or even a compatible phone list. They are just trying to get money any way they can.
Terrible Not getting my money. It's been 6 days and it hasn't been deposited into my account. I had no problem in the beginning. But 2 months after I had this claimed "awesome" device. My transactions started taking forever. Try to call the service center and it's all voice recordings. Will be returning this junk when I finally receive my money and and go to the square. They have instant access to your money. Worst device ever.
I can't log into the app and it won't send me an email or let me set up an account if I don't have one.
Crap program Customer support is a joke. Also try to cancel the account and see what crap they try and pull. There are much better apps out there than this.
I've had no problems I bank with Woodforest and always get my money within 2 business days. I recommend to colleagues all the time. Woodforest is there for me if I ever have a problem and fix it right away unlike the "Big Banks" I've dealt with in the past. I hate to see these negative posts but the branches in Indian Trail NC & Galleria in Charlotte are the best hands down at customer service.
