Ratings and reviews

The features for this app are very limited if using PoE cameras with an NVR. They don't offer rich notifications, so they're basically useless. You also can't snooze notifications. The notifications don't take you directly to the recorded event. So you have to do a lot of navigating just to get to the recordings. The cameras are great, disappointing app.

They updated the app. It is more responsive to move cameras, when it works. It hardly ever works. it'll say "movement detected on X camera" while looking at another one, and that camera will drop to 0 kbps on the same network as others that are working. constantly, right when you need them most. and I know it's an app issue because I've reinstalled the app, and reset the cameras multiple times, and the app gets notifications of movement but won't load the feed 50% of the time. useless.

Sound stopped working in all of the Trackmix camera's. When moving cameras with the PTZ cuts out and doesn't come back until closing the app and opening the app again. PTZ is now only working half the time. Tried working with support with no resolution to the problem. This problem is with the phone app all other ways of accessing the cameras work fine.
