Not able to proceed with pre/post hospitalization claim because once you give ccn number and give search, both date and amount field is locked. And you cannot go to next screen without filling these details. If I try the new/fresh hospitalization, then the files are not getting uploaded

Worst app. None of features working despite installaling it number of times. Even after complaining to MD India no response as usual. Unforunately there is no zero rating. Digusting service and senior citizens as usual are helpless.

Not able to check claim status since 10 days. Error msg comes as "Facing some server issues, plz come back after some time". Kindly look into the matter..
