Ratings and reviews

What a joke of an app. It said on their website to download the app for a better experience. IT WAS WORSE! I cant even see the products unless I upload a photo so I picked one at random to upload so I could see the mugs and such. Didn't work, so I hit photo prints. Just basic 4x6 prints, I couldn't select my photos, it kept booting my out and making me start over. I've been trying for 30 mins. I'll be un-installed and never looking back. Keep your $20 coupon.

Dreadful. It deserves no rating. October last year, I won this PhotoPrints+ coupon from Mcdonald's. Of course, who wouldn't be happy to get some free photo prints, right? I used the coupon and since I wanted to add more, I paid more. The transaction went smooth. However, my order never arrive. I've contacted their support team, I was asked to confirm address which I did, it's 2024 and it never arrived. Now, they are giving a refund. I've waited 3 months for a REFUND!!! What a joke!!! Scam!

The shipping is nonsensical, I'm ordering 2- 8x12 prints because they fall under the price for the coupon I got for McDonald's monopoly and I'm willing to pay the 6 dollars shipping because nothing you win is ever free, so I realize I can order a tiny 2x3 or 2x4 I can't remember- picture because I wanted to use the whole coupon and the shipping went up to like 13 or 14 dollars!! Like they're going in an envelope!! So I'm very weary but if they show up and look nice I'll change my rating 14days
