Its been a while since I used this app and when I did previously, it was great ... easy and so simple to use. However today's experience was different and I dont have the words with how frustrated I have been. It has taken me half the day to try and print out 80ish photos as they just haven't uploaded, when i tried and tried and tried again. I ended up just printing in small lots of 10 and then it worked ... seems it cant handle a big order. Very infuriating !!!!

It is simple to use and makes it very easy to print off pictures. Some things they could work on, being able to save your pictures when you want to pause halfway through. Also when you are printing 50 different photos in a 4x4 sizing, you have to scroll through all of the sizing options for all 50 pictures. This can drive you ever so slightly mad

Terrible! Ordered a stainless steel mug with photo on it. It asks if you would like a background so I put down yes and chose the colour white. Expecting my photos to be printed on the mug with a white background so it would stand out. I got my photos straight printed on the mug with no background at all, so it wasn't as visible as I hoped it would have been. Don't have background choice if it isn't available. Workers instore didn't know what they were doing, the queue was long with slow service!
