App won't open I can't get the app to open it just force closes when clicked.
Cannot sign up Got the app and it won't even let me press the next button after entering email and password...
Note 5 Bluetooth v4 and won't connect Well, that was a waste of $99. The one feature that is boasted about front and center does not work. Troubleshooted by un/reinstalling, resetting phone, manually selecting bottle in Bluetooth. Nothing so far, keep getting, "Can not pair message". After waiting over 10 months to receive the bottle, I'm not sure I really expected much. Will be contacting indigogo next.
Unable to sign up Tried different server and email addresses but keep showing me message of invalid email.
Works 1% of time. Seems I am not the only one. I have Samsung Note 3 and Bluetooth only paired once. Now the LED display on the cup itself stopped working.
Won't load Like everyone else I downloaded the app because I ordered one of the water bottles, however, the app will not load past the login screen just continues showing the spinning circle. I hope this isn't a sign of what the bottle will be like. ***edit*** app works better but doesn't track your water intake as well as it says if you put any ice in the bottle. Other then that it seems OK but they did get rid if the games that were on the app
