2 things preventing me from using the app: 1) you have to re-enter your password every time you open it. There is only the option to sign in using device authentication credentials, but I don't do that on my phone. Even banking apps let you save a password in the log-in screen. 2) It doesn't let you choose a time when logging a session. So if I forget to log a morning session until I do another in the evening, it'll log 2 evening sessions. I'd like to be able to track progress more accurately.

Like it overall, but would be nice if there was a way for prescribed "holds", like "hold for 10 seconds" couldd be accounted for in the video guides, as well as being able to incorporate major position changes, like getting off the floor for an upright exercise, in some cases that may take longer than 20 seconds to do that.

I love this app! I no longer have to rely on a piece of paper with step by step instructions for my PT. Half of the time, I forget the correct technique right after my appt with my therapist. This app allows me to review the exercises as someone else demonstrates them to me on the screen. Afterward, I am able to review my session and record it. This way, I am able to keep track.
