Permissions I am not going to allow an app to make phone calls. There is no reason for this. The explanation provided has nothing to do with why they want permission to access my contacts and make phone calls. Because it can't work without me agreeing to this i was forced to immediately uninstall the app.
Functional, helpful, easily available This works quite well when everything is easily in place. If you have renewals on file and they are ready to go then this makes an easy and quick way to order them. If you have items which are not on ready to renew it is essentially impossible to find them so I go to the website instead. What's really horrible is how you get nagged to refill prescriptions long before you need them. I agree that it is bad to run out but I currently have 2 whole bottles of 90-day supply for some pills.
Works good ! It is so easy to use. I called Express Scripts on another issue and the rep told me I had a refill that was needed. I checked and I had ordered prescriptions last week....I thought. Must have messed up. They are ordered now. Thanks
Broken Can't even fill out the registration. Says to check the fields marked, but none are marked. You have tons of money, get someone decent to build your app.
Intrusive permissions The app insist on getting access to make calls. The developer gives a justification, yet it is something that I will never grant, unless it is a dialer app. Devs need to respect our privacy and develop apps that respected this decision.
Internet Issues If you have multiple cards on file, it'll never select the one you want. You'll have to call them up just to sort it out. Easier to just call them.
Version 220.127.116.11 includes:
- fixes and small enhancements
- Express Scripts members now have the ability to login to the mobile application prior to their benefit start date.
