this is super convenient if you have basic scripts for cholesterol or high blood pressure. it's not so convenient for bladder, diabetes, or insomnia. they try to call about the script but want personal information that we are told not to give out in any other situation, and it stops you from receiving your scripts in a timely matter. once you are able to jump through the hoops it is great. they need a way to verify you on the app if they call.

unwieldy. not user-friendly for a lot of seniors. there are probably way more seniors than tech savvy younger people who use the service. Express scripts you could make this much easier to use. too bad for older people who don't have a young friend or family member to assist them. if you try the old-fashioned method of calling the phone number you must listen over and over and over messages telling you for faster service use our app. you are almost forced to use this pitiful app

The app won't let me pass the login. It shows my password is correct. It sends me a verification code, I type it in. Then in throws me a "system error" each time. Yet, it let's me login the browser. Honestly, I don't think I'll be using Express Scripts anymore. I gave it a try. It takes way too long for meds to arrive. It says 3-5 business days after processing. Processing takes days. It's not helpful, faster, or easier if I can't get my meds when I need them.
