Repeated connectivity issues. Largely resolved in previous update, having to manually reconnect on occasion by re-enabling bluetooth and/or restarting watch, but broke after last update. Device appears in bluetooth but app won't see it. Reinstalled app but then it hangs when logging in. Went to site, couldn't log in, attempted to reset password but now says account does not exist. Logged support call. Very disappointed.
My watch keeps connecting and disconnecting. The disconnected notification won't stop popping up.
Alarm is a mess. Would not stay connected to watch.
Needs a lot more work
App has run and stayed connected much more smoothly since my initial review. Functionality maybe limited, but is exactly what was described. Very disappointing. The watch will not stay connected with my phone (Pixel), and the app searches constantly without finding the watch. The app kills my phone battery when searching for the watch.
App disconnects from watch frequently. Data shown is very basic and not presented well enough. I am a backer from their kickstart campaign, and I'm disappointed you dint make the effort to get your software right. The only thing that could make this a smartwatch is top notch software, because the watch itself does not have a display, and while solar charging is its usp, if the smartwatch part is not good enough, nobody is going to buy this.
This update contains the following:
- Analytics were not working properly and showing the wrong data. It should be ok now!
- Fixed duplicated notifications
- Fixed alarm: we had to delete all the alarms to make it work, please reconfigure them and sorry for the inconvenience.
- Fixed dialog titles
- Fixed GPS that did not turn on in the onboarding
Please let us know how it is going with the connection and notifications, we want to improve it!
