- The Wear OS app is available only after unlocking our VIP pack. The VIP Pack can be unlocked only by connecting a Medela Bluetooth pump.

I used this with my first baby, and now 6 months into my 2nd. Having a lot of trouble with the app. For a month(+), it constantly kicks me out and takes forever to reload. It will freeze up. It took me 30 minutes to move from main screen to Stats. It won't let me start a current session. I have un-installed and re-installed the app several times. It's up to date, and I have lots of space on my phone. I have tried using it on a tablet as well, and it had the same issue. Very frustrating!

it's great for tracking however, my device and app don't synchronize with accurate date/time stamps. some are dated 20years into the future and others 15 years in the past. I've read that their device will throw inaccurate dates if pumping on a low battery but I wish they could fix this issue with a software update for the device. I use the freestyle hands-free wearable pumps

It's missing just a few things. I wish there was a way under the stats to default to show all caregivers feeds and diaper changes instead of having to open the filter option to change that. I also wish there was a way to change from fluid ounces to milliliters since that's how we've been measuring our feeds lately. Other than that the UI is very nice and it's very easy to use.
