Only for BC and Ontario Used before in BC which kicked ass not having to go to clinic and wait hours but moved to Alberta and not offered yet. Do have to go to app setting and make sure the app permission is set to allow webcam and audio after installed. So hoping service offered eventually across Canada. Until then stuck in walk in clinic.
My voice didn't go through At first they couldn't see or hear me. I had my techie son look at it. My voice checks worked fine. When I contacted them again, they could see me but not hear me. I gave up.
So confused I knew medeo gave you access to doctors. Not sure what this does, but it will definitely not help me with my current health issue. How did a good product go so wrong?
Crashes IMMEDIATELY when you try to open it!!! Error message says "could not connect to server". it's not a problem with my internet connection or wifi as all my other apps still work. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS !!
The app itself is "okay", and I think there is a lot of potential for virtual clinics. However, my experience with the clinic was somewhat negative. I felt welcome by the "front desk", but the doctor on call did not seem to want my business and told me to see my regular physician next time.
Waste of time No better than a search on google, will tell you go see a doctor no matter how basic your problem
Updated company branding for a consistent user experience.
