It's a great app, easy to use, shows everything on your itinerary and has good links to heaps of other interesting things in the locations you're going to. Only problem, clicking on the link to the weather, on my phone (OnePlus 5t) the app crashes. Restarts fine though. I would definitely recommend the app. (And the friendly and helpful staff at the Riccarton HOT).

the new upgraded app is so hard to navigate and find what you are looking for. old version was better. doesn't have the sale section anymore when you just want to look at the deals for the islands, Aussie, Africa, Europe etc. now you have to search it.

useless keeps telling me I have no bookings when I do, had to load app onto my new phone and since then it keeps saying no bookings even after I put in booking reference and name have done this multiple times with no success, I called our local branch of House of Travel who made the bookings through to be told computer systems are down the nationwide and she would contact me once the systems are back up and running well that was a 9 this morning it is now after 5 and app still not working
