I work in phone sales, I used to use this app every day for awkward transfers like moto to samsung or TCL to pixel transfers. It worked great. I am never downloading this again with the subscription model they added. They were already running ads, which I understand, make money. But updating the app so you can use it without starting a "free tail" where you have to set up your payment method is just gross. Horrible choice 0 stars if u could

It does what it says it does. If it crashes part way through, just close both apps, re-open them and try again. I did about 1GB at a time and it was fine. About 15% crashed but were fine second time. The problem is with the unsubscribing which is very very difficult. For those who are having the same trouble, go to the Play Store list of installed apps, click on the Google menu, select payments and subscriptions, select subscriptions, find Copy My Data and select Unsubscribe. Hope that helps.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this app has way too high of a rating for what it is, and I need to warn people to not use it. It doesn't work. In order to find the phone it says you need to have one set to send data, one set to receive. There is nowhere to set that. Impossible to use this. What a waste. Immediately canceled my subscription, I hope they didn't charge me for the "free trial."
