Students can create a new account by providing their full name, phone number, email address, password, and confirm password or by using their Google account (Google Sign-In). After successful registration, students can login securely using their registered email address and password. Once logged in, students can access their profile, learning resources, and the Learning Management System (LMS) available inside the app.

• Faculty:
Faculty members can login using their assigned faculty ID and password. After login, faculty users can access academic-related resources and features provided within the application.

• Employees:
Employees can log in using their employee ID and password to access internal academic and administrative features available in the app.

Location information is never tracked when the app is closed or running in the background.

Data Privacy and Security: MGA Academy collects limited personal information such as full name, phone number, email address, login credentials, Google Sign-In authentication data (if used), and foreground location data. Location data is used only while the app is in use to support hospital exploration and academic features. The app does not access background location and does not track users when the app is closed. All collected data is used strictly for app functionality and is not shared with third parties.
