I've only been using this app for a short time, but I've already learned a lot! Though because I'm only a student and have yet to become a full doctor, I struggle with understanding a lot of the terminology. I wish the app would explain some of it because so far I had to switch between the app and google every other minute. I'd even be willing to pay for a feature with terminology definitions if there was such a thing.

Hi Francis, thank you for your 5-star review. We continue to support all of our free apps. They offer a limited selection of content. Our entire library is available in a for-pay product: Clinical Odyssey. Unfortunately, subscriptions are necessary in order to continue to fund our work. Thanks for understanding. Regards!

I disagree with a few of the infectious diseases modules, but I just have space for 1. Confused (UTI induced delirium) Doesn't given an option to provide fluids to the patient prior to antibiotics. They are on furosemide and making foul smelling urine. This could be due to dehydration vs infection. Additionally, a urinalysis with positive leuk esterase and nitrates may indicate the presence of bacteria but doesn't differentiate between colonization and infection. No more space, consider update.
