The timer is too fast, probably suggest having an option to not use a timer. Also, why isn't there a quick quiz option, which just throws all the questions at you instead of specific ones.

There is no way to turn off or alter the 20 second timer. It takes 20 seconds to read an extensive case report in some questions! Please fix this. Makes app unusable.

A wonderful and app.Excellent clinical vignettes.You will surely like it if you are preparing for a residency exam. The only problem is that some querries not receiving the right answer otherwise, best learning app in the playstore I have ever seen.
