Upon logging in, it just gives you an error message that something is broken. It looks like many others have been encountering this error message for months per the reviews, but all the support team has replied is to give them more details. How about looking at the error logs for once? Edit: Look at their response to this review. Just proves my point that the support team doesn't even bother reading the error logs even when the complaints are all the same. Peak incompetence.

Ever since the update on March, opening this app has been a nightmare. An infinite loop of "Something went wrong" has greeted me every time I logged in. There were times when opening the app will lead me to an error page. To think this is the only way to access their other services.

I can't do anything. First it's difficult to log in you have to get a code through email. then after all the hassle of logging in it would say something is wrong try again later. what the???? and it's been going on for days. I uninstall and reinstall and uninstall. I don't think I have download this again. it's not working.
