This is kind of a scam. I specifically selected an appointment time and they changed it without any notification. When I called back, they just indicated that the updated time was the only option and any earlier appointment time will result in additional charges. Very disappointing app experience and very disappointing customer service experience.

Booked an appointment on OlaDoc, but encountered a major issue – the prescription had my patient's name wrong. Despite urgent Umrah travel plans, OlaDoc's helpline was dismissive and unhelpful in correcting the patient name. Helpline staff was very rude. A serious lapse in professionalism. Can't recommend this app or doctor's services. Urgent improvements needed.

App is not user friendly, I can't see my booked appointment. I can't find either is canceled or still scheduled. Helpline always busy.
