To prevent the risk of any fraudulent or illicit behavior, the Bank performs an analysis of the data collected by the APP on the mobile device used, also in relation to the use of other Apps present on the same device on which the Mediolanum App was downloaded in addition to information on your location and the use of other databases and services made available by suppliers of the Bank, who operate as Data Processors. This analysis activity involves this data being processed using automatic decision-making tools to allow a more effective assessment of the risk of being the victim of fraud. This is done exclusively for the purpose of efficiently minimizing this risk. This activity, which involves the evaluation of specific aspects related to the use of the apps via the mobile device used to enjoy the services provided, gives rise to a processing that Banca Mediolanum carries out to fulfill specific obligations provided for by European Union law and current Italian regulations aimed at ensuring the prevention, investigation, identification and repression of cases of fraud. The need to fulfill these obligations, which the Bank is required to comply with under current legislation, constitutes the legal basis that legitimises this processing.

Ratings and reviews

Laggy, often impossible to login, too many ads by the bank. It's a shame that with all the money they are making they couldn't invest some money on a decent and reliable app. Awful service, very, very bad. I think I'll change the bank asap because it feels like a joke to me. Also, they're paying more money for fake reviews rather than on the app. I'm literally raging. Fron the 63.x.x update the app is really slow (if works correctly) I can't see my account position and movement the first time I open the app, i must kill it and reopen it to see the service works right. The UI seems to don't have any adaptability, the text views are always cropped or in the wrong place. Also the exception: "2 exception occurs" is everywhere!! What happened?!!!

awful and prehistoric app and homebaking. Bank that refuses to increase the spending limit of the credit card from 1500 to 3000 euros unless you dont have invested money with them or have a salary of 3000 euros ( which almost nobody have ). awful and poor customer support. Most of the time i can't even login into the app because it is so bugged. The bank claims that is built around you, yet your manager or managers , just try to defraud you by making you investing your money .
