I had been logged out of my Life+ account and had been unable to get back in. The Password Reset emails did not arrive. I rang the Australian Medion customer support number and spoke to someone who told me that the the system has been down for a couple of weeks and nobody can get in. He took my phone number and said they would contact me when the system is back up. When it was working, the App was 3-4 stars, but currently 2 is as good as it gets.

I purchased four Medion Smart Plugs to use with lamps in a room. I wanted to use voice activation to turn on/off all the lamps, however unlike that shown in the user manual, the app does not include a voice activation control button. The only way to turn on and off all four lamps is by going into the app and clicking each seperate switch or setting a timer/countdown. So although these lamps can be turned on/off remotely they cannot be turned on/off with one click per room or by a voice command. Frankly I expected more from this product. Set up was a little tricky at first however once I got the technique right with one smart plug the others were easy to replicate. Just make sure that you hold down the power button for a sufficient amount of time. On the homepage it has the handy edition of outdoor temperature, humidity and air pressure. However I would prefer the voice activation button. *UPDATE* Although the plugs did work turning the lights on and off at the appropriate times using the timer (and also using Google assistant home voice activation), they also kept turning on and off throughout the night constantly disturbing my sleep and waking me up. Over all these plugs were returned to the supplier for a refund. Perhaps with some fine tuning future versions may be successful.

App is not allowing you to log in. Also has stopped working with google home. Worked fine a month ago. So bought a second plug to add in. Now I can't log in and get unknown service error! Rang support and they said there is a known problem ... that I could take the plugs back for a refund. Why keep on selling them if the app no longer works@!@!@
